I do not know what I am talking about this morning because I can't find the words but I do know that I feel scared. 😭

Before we suffer the retribution that those before us suffered we need to consider the energy we are putting into the world. Hurt people, hurt people - whether that's others or ourselves. 🙉🙈🙊

We need to heal the pain and for that the inflicting of pain must stop or there can be no healing. And it starts with all of us. We all have the power to heal our pain and that of others. It's a collective effort and it's collective cause because together we are hurtling towards a planet that is so hurt. We are not bigger than those who came before us. We are not bigger than nature. We are not bigger than the unseen. 🌎

Anything is possible with the right support, the right friendships, the right amount of self-acceptance, self-love and self-belief. We have the power to send good out there. To send love instead of hate. To use our power and influence to pray and to make whatever changes we can. We need to turn the energy of this globe before we self destruct, and we all matter in that plan. ✊🏽

Heal someone today. Just one person. Through words, actions, even a smile. Imagine each time someone smiles inside they send love into the world. Imagine that love being sent to those who are suffering. We all have a choice and the power to contribute. We might not be able to do as much as we think we should or would like to but we can do something. So let's do that. 💚🩵🙏🏼
